We build the next era of the software a kitchen actually runs on.
AI just put real software within reach of the people who actually run a kitchen - not only the chains who can afford to engineer their own. Until now, most of the back of house has lived on sticky notes and in people's heads.
FoodTech that finally makes sense
Running a kitchen is one of the oldest unsolved coordination problems in business. Artificial intelligence just made it possible to empower operators to solve it better.
What's in stock, where it came from, when it expires, who's done what, what's still on the prep list, what could trip up an inspector - that's the actual job, and it's lived on sticky notes and in people's heads for decades. Operators didn't ask for software because the software they saw wasn't built for them. AI changes both halves of the problem: the kind of system a big company pays a million dollars to engineer is finally reachable for an independent shop - and the tools to customize that system can finally meet the people who run a kitchen on their own terms.
That's why we build from inside a kitchen, not a software office - and use everything we ship in our own café. Every week, the system is literally what we needed last week in our back of house.
Who's building it
We are a computer scientist and a chef-and-artist who spent a decade in Japan. Small-business owners ourselves, building Canadian-homegrown FoodTech from St Thomas, Ontario.

The frontier
AI in food is one of the most genuinely under-explored research areas in technology right now. Modern AI has barely touched the kitchen, and no one really knows yet how far the implications run.
We're set up to find out. We have a roadmap, but the things we'll end up most proud of will probably be the discoveries we couldn't plan for. That's part of why we built our café before the software. When you live inside the lab, the discoveries find you.
We're excited for what's to come next.
And if you'd like to work or partner with us, we're excited to talk!
Come in, we're open.
We're easier to find than most software companies.
